The present appearance of the hotel's Excelsior building originated through the reconstruction of two spa houses - The Excelsior and The English Courtyard (Anglický Dvůr). After uniting these two historical buildings, a hotel complex with a high standard came into existence. All interesting architectonic elements were preserved during the reconstruction.

Accommodation in the Hotel Excelsior is provided in single, double and three-bed rooms and in premium apartments. They are equipped with a satellite television, a direct dial phone and access to the Internet, as well as with a bathroom provided with a pearl bath or a shower bath. We will also welcome your four-legged pets that you bring with you. On demand, it is possible to install a cot.

The town of Karlovy Vary is situated in the West of the Czech Republic, in a picturesque valley of the Teplá River, 374 meters above a sea level. According to a famous legend, the springs of Karlovy Vary were discovered in the half of 14th century by the Czech king and Roman emperor Charles IV when he was deer hunting. The name of the town reminds of its discoverer - it was named the Emperor Charles' spa, Carlsbad.
