Feedback of hotel Amadeus: Firstly, I should point out there are actually two hotels in Prague called Amadeus. This is the one on Slavojova located near to the Vysehrad Castle. The hotel is in two distinct blocks. The older part adjacent to the street has the larger and more elegant rooms whilst the new block to the rear has more compact rooms. (I only know this as I have stayed here twice!). The rooms are to a good standard and everywhere is very clean.
The staff speak English and German to a high standard, they are friendly and helpful, though to be honest I had little reason to call on them.

Feedback of hotel Amadeus: We were moved from our original hotel to Hotel Amadeus due to a mistake the travel agent had made, and what a good move it was!! The rooms were a lot larger than our previous hotel, and the service was a lot friendlier.
Our room was in the newer block, and had a nice big room and a bathroom with separate toilet. The rooms were always cleaned very efficiently, and there was no noise from road traffic.
The breakfast buffet offered a selection of bread, cheeses and hams, along with some hot selections including sausages and eggs. The restaurant in the hotel did nice food, but if you want to experience Czech food, go to the centre. It took us around 25 mins to walk to the centre.
Overall, a recommended hotel!
