Feedback of hotel City Centre: just back from Prague. Hotel city centre was ideally situated for exploring all the areas you would expect to visit. The breakfast was interesting and there is certainly something for everyone. Lovely bread rolls but don't put jam with them as they have salt crystals and are for the cheese, ham etc.
Bathroom large and very clean with a powerful shower. The room was average with two big windows looking onto the road at the front. There were some, probably, long term building works going on just outside so windows had to be kept closed against the noise. Obviously not a problem in feb but might be a problem in warmer weather.
All in all we had a great, if tiring 4 days. We would recommend a meal in Mlejnice which is a basic looking pub/restaurant. Of particular note was the delicious duck breast with blackcurrant sauce and the cabbage pancakes (much better than it sounds).
If you turn into Zelezna from the old town square then right onto Kozna you will find it about halfway down on the left.

Feedback of hotel City Centre: Hello,
I stayed in the this hotel last weekend, despite the reviews, I knew I was running a risk, so here is my review.
The Location was perfect, 4 minute walk to the main sights, the construction outside the hotel wasn't so bad at all, the room that I was staying had double windows, which really helped, but I brought ear plugs just incase.
We had curtains, and the bathroom was perfect, shower was good, the beds were actually very comfortable and the pillows were great also. The room for the two of us for two nights with breakfast cost €129.00, cheaper then a B & B in ireland, so it was very good value for money.
The breakfast was fine, cereal, bread, 2 types of cheese, scrammbled egg, hot dog sausage, mixed fruit, diluted orange, tea, coffee. Really for the price it was perfect.
I would stay here again, and if your looking for a good cheap weekend break, this is perfect.
