Feedback of hotel Cloister: I have just returned from a weekend trip to Prague and stayed in the Cloister Inn Hotel. The hotel is superbly situated, in walking distance to the Old Town and Charles Bridge. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. There is complimentary tea and coffee in the Lobby, no bar but there is a small selection of alcohol which can be purchased from the reception. Our room was very clean and quiet although there was an old musty smell when you first enter. The buffet breakfast offers a varied choice and is continually topped up through out the service so they never run-out if you’re a little late getting up.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it – great value for money

Feedback of hotel Cloister: My sister and I stayed at the Cloister Inn in February for 2 nights and we were very impressed. It was close to the main attractions for one thing. The staff were very polite and helpful. As for the room, when we first entered the room I thought it was a bit bare, but very clean. It was really spacious, with a closet, an armchair and a desk and a chair.The twin beds looked unconfortable at first... but far from it. We slept like babies.The bathroom was nice and clean and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was also fine, with a good variety of food.
Also, the area is very quiet but safe to walk around at the same time. I liked the idea of the magnetic key that they give you at reception to open the front door at night.
All in all, an excellent hotel that I would recommend. And I would definitely stay there again.
