This email is just to thank you for all the arrangements you made for our trip to Prague last week.
We did not know where to look at first to find accommodation in Prague, but the website www.toprague.cz was easy to find on the World Wide Web, and much more informative than some of the British travel companies which had websites of Prague hotels. We found the information provided to be helpful, and the pictures of hotels and rooms to be most useful in deciding where to stay. The booking service was reliable, and you responded speedily to my requests on availability, and also when I confirmed my booking.
The Hotel Elite was very suitable to our needs. We liked its location, just a few minutes walk from the very centre of Prague, yet handy for the trams, and for the shops of Prikope. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, breakfast was enjoyable in the cafe/bistro, and the bar could supply coffee as well at any time! The room itself was large and spacious, though perhaps a little dark. The bathroom was excellent - spacious and spotless. All in all, the hotel was exactly what we had hoped for our 4 day visit. And the bill was exactly as promised in your email.
We booked a taxi from the airport through you, and Tomas was waiting for us, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. His minibus could have taken 6 easily. We were sufficiently impressed to book him again for the return journey to the airport, and once again he arrived in good time, and ferried us back smoothly to the airport. The transfer arrangements worked very smoothly.
All arrangements went very smoothly, and we greatly enjoyed our trip to your beautiful city.
