Feedback of hotel Gate: The Iron Gate hotel is in a very old building with lots of winding corridors, huge rooms, beautiful painted ceilings and plenty of charm and character. It is certainly not a modern, plastic building! We had a superb suite with huge lounge area, two bathrooms and a kitchen dining area. Comfortable beds and good pillows and bedding. Staff were without exception friendly and helpful - especially those in reception and the concierge. The collection and return to the airport was efficient and swift with a friendly helpful driver who, like all staff spoke good English. Can't think of anything we didn't like about this hotel - it was a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone, especially those who like historic buildings.

Feedback of hotel Gate: My wife & I stayed at the Iron Gate Hotel for three nights. This hotel is ideally situated just 2 minutes from Old Town Square in a quiet side street. The hotel is a beautiful old building where the staff are warm, welcoming and extremely efficient. Our spacious suite was on three levels and like the rest of the hotel, it was spotless. The hotel car met us and returned us to the airport on time. For breakfast there is a superb choice which you can eat inside or outside in the pretty courtyard. Despite being hard to please, we cannot fault Iron Gate in any way.
