Feedback of Praga 1: Dear Frantisek,
A quick note to say thank you for a pleasant stay at the hotel Praha 1. The
transfer to the hotel that you
arranged on our behalf was prompt and courteous. The hotel was clean and the
well maintained. The staff
were all friendly and helpful. When visiting a new country it is a great
comfort to have a 24Hr reception that
is manned by people who speak fluent English, as my Czech is not yet
perfected!
If I were to make any suggestions they would be:
1. As the hotel faces a busy road it may be courteous to offer
light-sleepers the rooms which face the rear, as noise is minimized.
2. When English people stop sight-seeing they like to drink tea! the rooms
may benefit from tea & coffee making facilities.
