Feedback of hotel Savoy: This is a quality hotel slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Prague. 20 min taxi from airport and you're there.
You can be at the Palace in 10mins and Charles bridge in 20mins - on foot. There is a tram stop right outside if you want to use that as propsed to walking.
Rooms are lovely and spacious - separate shower and WC. Hotel seemed very quiet and staff were very helpful. Buffet breakfast was fab except dont expect the fry up to be hot - luke warm at best! This seems to be the way over here! A pianist entertains in the restaraunt and although we ate out , I d expect the food was very good and lunch and dinner. We stayed four nights - 3 would be plenty for this city.
We got a decent price in Feb - its well worth it!

Feedback of hotel Savoy: Stayed at the Savoy for 4 nights at the end of March 07. Staff were amazing (BA lost our luggage for 24 hrs and staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out, providing a hotel car to take us to get basic clothing etc). The room (upgraded to deluxe) was spotless and luxurious. Breakfast in the bedroom every morning was fabulous. Free minibar restocked daily, turn down service every evening and a bottle of complimentary champagne was delivered to the room on my birthday. Genuinely couldn't find anything to fault the Savoy. Very elegant and romantic hotel, worth spending the extra money for a very special experience.
