Feedback of hotel Trinidad: Took pot luck and booked this off the internet. An excellent location.
Pleasant surprise - we had one of the cheapest rooms, which was spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast reasonable. We ate in the restaurant for dinner on two occasions - the food was pretty cheap, very well cooked and plenty of it.
I cannot understand how some of the other reviewers of this hotel found the staff rude and unhelpful. We found them most charming - nothing was too much trouble. Although there was not a mini bar in the room, alcohol was available, and very reasonably priced from reception.
We really enjoyed our stay here - we will be going back in December of this year.

Feedback of hotel Trinidad: We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in May 2007. We had a superior room with a view of the Prague castle. The view was splendid, and the room was very spacious with a large bathroom and a corner bath-tube. Tiled bathroom – very nice. The room also had AC, which was very comfortable. The castle view rooms also face traffic, and the windows are not sound proof. So if you have trouble sleeping at night, maybe you should go for an ordinary room. Our friends had one of these – also very comfortable. They had no AC, but because of very little noise they could sleep with the window open. Breakfast was nice, but nothing extraordinary. THe hotel is close to one of the bridges cross the Vltava (from this bridge you can see the Charles bridge), and from here it is a short walk to the old town square. There is no lobby, but reception is open 24 hours. We liked this hotel very much, and may consider staying here next time we go to Prague.
