The Hotel Karolina*** Harrachov is a charming mountain hotel located in the centre of Harrachov, the Czech Republic's largest mountain town which is located in the western region of the Krkonos, or "Giant" Mountains. Following a recent refurbishment programme, the hotel now offers 35 rooms and appartments, high quality food and leisure facilities. The surrounding area is renowned for skiing, mountain biking and walking, offering activities all the year round for the more active holidaymaker.

The Karolina Hotel has 35 double, family-style rooms or appartments, each equipped with an en-suite shower and WC, as well as being equipped with p. satellite TV (telephone and internet connection on request). Newly built apartments are located next to Hotel main building. Each apartment has a cellar available for ski or bike storage, parking space or garage. There is a kitchenette (kitchen unit with utensils, electric cooker, fridge, microwave oven), p. TV/SAT, bathroom with shower unit or bath, WC, corridor, cellar, parking place for each apartment. Some of the apartments also have a balcony.

The Karolina offers a stylish restaurant with a relaxing outside terrace during the summer overlooking the ski slopes, and in addition a "Crazy Saloon" bar and an atmospheric pub the "Formanka" serving local beers and cocktails. Breakfast is served as a buffet in the restaurant in Hotel Karolina from 7.30 to 10.00am, with a 3-course dinner for half-board guests between 5pm-9pm. Relaxation Room A recently installed relaxation area offers a swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool and massage room.

Harrachov is small town situated near the boarder with Poland, 700m above the sea level. It is 5 minute´s walk from the centre of Harrachov, situated on the hill Černá Hora, ski-jumps closed to hotel. (cableway is open in summer season from 8 a.m till 6 p.m and it goes every 30 minutes, in winter season it goes all the time from 8 a.m till 6 p.m (hotel has cards with 15 % discount for buying tickets to cableway - valid if bought in the cash-desk), it does not go at the beginning of November - maintenance).
