The Hotel Continental is located in the historic center of Pilsen adjacent to the old town square and city museum. The Hotel Continental has a history as rich as its setting. Built in 1895 by the famous Pilsen breweries, the hotel was purchased and renovated in 1929 by the grandparents of the present owners.

After the velvet revolution in 1989, the former owners, who were living in the U.S.A., returned to reclam the family property. The Hotel Continental has been undergoing restoration since 1991. While a majority of the rooms have been completely modernized, they still maintain their old world charm and elegance.

Whether you come to Pilsen for business or pleasure, our multilingual staff, looks forward to making you feel at home. Several of these rooms have themes such as nautical, golf, old Paris, old London. Other rooms reflect the personalities of past visitors, for example, Marlene Deitrich and Ingrid Bergman.

Our future plans include additional rooms celebrating past Hotel Continental guests, Sonja Henne, Jack Benny, Generals Harmon, Heinz, Patton, and most recently John Malkovich and Gerard Depardieu. FREE WI-FI wireless internet connection in all rooms.
